Street Photography Workshop in Birgunj

A 5-day photography workshop

This 5-day workshop is designed for photographers in their early stages of photography who are interested to shoot on the STREET.

The workshop will be a mix of in-class lectures and practical shooting exercises on the streets. The workshop is designed to give participants an overall foundation- both technical and theoretical- in street photography.

Participants must be prepared to work hard!

Workshop will cover the following topics;
–       Introduction and history of photography
–       Ethics in photography
–       Getting to know your camera
–       Understanding light
–       Exposure (Aperture, Shutter speed and ISO)
–       Composition and content
–       Introduction to street photography
–       Masters of street photography
–       Do’s and don’ts in street photography
–       Street assignments

24 – 28 August 2012
Venue:
Padma Party Palace
Timing: 7-10 AM

Workshop fee: Workshop fee is Rs. 2,000. This fee includes 15 + teaching hours, all reading material and light refreshments.
